Cancellation Policy
We care about your happiness at Aurian and do everything we can to get your orders out quickly and accurately. We only give you a short time to cancel an order after you place it because we want to ship it quickly.
Time to Cancel
Customers can ask to cancel their order up to 90 minutes after they place it.
Your order will have already started being processed by this time, and you won't be able to change or stop it.
After the cancellation period has ended, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to ask for a return or refund after delivery.
How to End an Order
To cancel your order within 90 minutes:
- Please get in touch with our customer service team right away at support@aurian.co.uk.
- Give your order number, full name, and reason for canceling.
- Please wait for confirmation. If your cancellation is approved in time, our team will send you an email.
Please be aware that messages sent after the 90-minute window may not reach our fulfillment department until after your order has been processed.
Confirmation of cancellation
We will cancel your order and give you a full refund to the payment method you used to place the order once we have confirmed your request and that the order has not yet been processed.
Most of the time, refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Orders That Have Already Been Processed
You can't cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.
In these situations, you can go ahead by:
- Checking our Return & Refund Policy, you can ask for a return after you get your order.
Orders Ahead of Time and Custom Orders
Please note that requests to cancel pre-orders or custom orders may be looked at. We will do our best to help, but once production or processing has started, it may not be possible to cancel.
Notice of Importance
- Requests to cancel that come in more than 90 minutes after the order is confirmed will not be able to be canceled.
- After the item has been processed, it must go through the normal Return & Refund process.
- Aurian has the right to refuse any cancellation request made after the deadline or for orders that have already been sent.
